If there is one thing that you need to know about me - I believe that education transforms lives.
For over a decade, I have spent the bulk of my career helping individuals to navigate in the workforce by equipping them with employability skills.
Till date, I have personally worked with hundreds of professionals across Asia, conducted numerous customised group training sessions for organisations and associations, and have given public presentations to thousands.
I am an Associate Adult Educator, a recognition for both pedagogical and professional excellence awarded by the Institute of Adult Learning (Singapore). I am also part of the LinkedIn Top Voices program, an invitation-only group of experts across the professional world.

It is inevitable that millions of jobs and functions will be replaced by automation, however, millions of new jobs will also be created!

Impact of job losses on individual workers and their families
Economic: Loss of financial security and limited purchasing power may mean that the worker (and the family) will have to adjust to a new lifestyle.
Social: A loss of identity because it is common for many people to perceive themselves from the work they do.
Psychological: The loss of jobs for some can be equated to the erosion of one’s self-esteem and confidence.
Demands of different life roles
At any stage of a person’s life, the person plays a variety of roles. All these activities are important as they contribute to building an overall personality of an individual. The inability to keep a balance frustrates many workers and this may put strain on career.
